Screen Printing

Screen Printing is the process of exposing light to a photosensitive coating and creating a stencil on a tightly woven mesh. We use a squeegee to force ink through mesh and onto or sometimes into the fabric.

Screen printing is an extremely versatile and unique printing method that is best for producing larger volumes. Because of the amount of work that goes into order there is a minimum order requirement. We carry a wide variety ink types and colors including our most common Plastisol. We also Have the ability to print using water based, vinyl, Discharge and Plasticharge. Our current setup and willingness to bring your ideas to life give us the ability to print on anything we can lay flat. Embroidery

In an effort of full disclosure we like to let people know that embroidery services are not produced in house, Instead we work directly with a local contract embroider to facilitate and produce your order. Embroidery is process of using a machine to sew thread onto fabric. It’s extremely versatile and is perfect for a clean professional corporate look. Embroidered items are not just limited to sport shirts or polos, embroidery looks great on hats, jackets, bags, blankets and warm-ups. We take a great amount of pride in our work whether produced in house or contracted out, our ability work hands on with your order helps ensure a final product that will exceed all expectations.
