I HAVE NEVER ORDERED CUSTOM APPAREL BEFORE WHERE DO I START?

First you need to have a rough idea of what you are looking to have printed, or embroidered. Then you look through our catalog and figure out what items you want and what colors. Tally up your sizes and quantities and head over to get a quote and we’ll take care of the rest. If at any time you have a question, contact us and we’ll help you out!

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Once a deposit is collected and artwork is approved, our average turnaround is between 12-14 Business days. Rush orders and expedited shipping are available pending on availability, contact us if you need it quick.

WHAT’S YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?

We’ll print as little as 12 shirts depending on the amount of colors and complexity of the print. 24, 48, 60, & 150 are our most common order sizes.

HOW LARGE OF AN ORDER CAN YOU PRINT?

Our current print capacity is 1,104,266,401, Please contact us for special volume pricing.

HOW MANY COLORS CAN YOU PRINT?

We can currently accommodate up to 7 colors.

CAN I BRING YOU SHIRTS I PURCHASED?

This is something we reserve for our contract customers only. It's like bringing a steak to a restaurant and asking them to cook it. Screen printing and embroidery is not a perfect process and mistakes do happen. When we control the inventory we are responsible for replacing damaged or misprinted items, when we order shirts we plan ahead and order extras, please do the same. Our Process works best when we source garments

CAN I ORDER THE SAME DESIGN WITH A DIFFERENT COLOR PRINTS ON DIFFERENT COLOR SHIRTS?

Sure can, there are additional fees for color changes. We recommend trying to pick shirt colors that we can be printed with the same color ink. Adding vol

DO I NEED TO ORDER A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF SIZES AND ITEMS?

We are super flexible, and often encourage customers to order different items. As long as the minimum order requirement is met, and the print colors work with garment colors we’ll print it. Mix in as many sizes, colors and items styles as you want!

HOW BIG OF AN AREA CAN YOU PRINT?

Our standard print size is 12 3/4 X 16. We offer over sized prints which can accommodate prints up as large as 18X24 inches.

CAN YOU PRINT OVER SEAMS AND ZIPPERS?

The print area is obviously not flat, and imperfections are to be expected. We also have platens to accommodate irregular placements, we love printing on different locations.

WHAT FORMAT DO YOU WANT MY ARTWORK IN?

Ideally we would love to work with a vector files, Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Files created in Adobe Photoshop, will work. Please create all files at at least 300dpi, and do not flatten any layers. We can also work with you to clean up any old logos or Spruce up your current logo.

CAN YOU CREATE CUSTOM ARTWORK FOR US?

We have recently stepped back from custom artwork and rely on the pros to handle this. Pending on your budget we can help navigate a good solution for you.

WHAT ARE THE SETUP FEES?

Setup fees are normally a one time charge. They cover the labor and materials associated with producing the films and screens for your order. Assuming there are no changes to the artwork, there is no additional fees. Keep an eye out for sales waiving setup fees.

DO YOU DO CONTRACT PRINTING?

We do have special pricing setup for contract printing. Please contact Sales.theteam@noreastapparel.com for additional details.

WHAT ELSE CAN YOU PRINT ON?

Short answer, anything we can lay flat. Bags, posters, plastics, wood, paper, Aprons, Towels, Jackets. And pretty much anything else you can think of, were up for a good challenge.

REFUNDS?

We are producing custom printed apparel in volume, our invoices and artwork approvals emphasize the importance, of triple checking files, size, colors, placement and spelling. We do not offer refunds on items that are printed to the agreed upon specifications. Please take the time to make sure your approval is accurate. Misprints, are a part of the business, ink color, dye migration, snapback, registration issues, these are issues we deal with, and account for via reprints often without the end consumers knowledge. We handle each issue differently, it's a case by case situation, If there is an issue please contact us so we can take an opportunity to make sure we reach and exceed your expectations.

HOW DO WE PAY YOU?

Cash, Check and credit cards are all accepted forms of payment. Bitcoin and all forms of crypto are also accepted!
